S.P.A.T. program
is the product of many of the best soccer minds as well as fitness
experts who specialize in speed and strength training. Headed
by Sara Wiley, Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning
at the University of Minnesota, and Hollister Struck, 2004's
Mr. Maryland, S.P.A.T. is
a program that combines some of the most commonly held beliefs

We have combined some of the
most effective concepts in the country to provide a program that
is without equal. In their first session, athletes will be tested
on five defining attributes: Top Speed, Vertical Leap, Broad Jump,
Lateral Quickness and Shot Speed. At the end of the 6 week program
athletes will be retested and you will be shown the results. We
are so confident that you will be thrilled that we are willing
to offer a free 4 week session or a 50% refund if you do not see
absolute results. If you are serious about becoming the best athlete
