The Art of the Soccer Movement

TECHNIQUE=Refine specific soccer skills to incorporate the increased speed, strength and agility leading to a more complete soccer player

AGILITY = Faster foot movement for soccer moves, coordinated steps for transitions of movement. Upper body suppleness for deceptive moves

POWER = Increase soccer strength in critical areas including torso, hips, quadriceps, hamstrings, ankles and calves

SPEED = Increase start speed, 1st. step to 5 yards, sustained speed over 15 yards to explosive change of pace over 20 yards.



Each training session includes :

Warm Up
-Active warm up

Perfection on stride
-working on proper running techniques and perfecting the stride.
-Develope Quickness, Agility. Coordination.

Speed Training
-Focus on increasing speed of the first step essential to the game.
-Increase explosiveness.

Plyommetrics
-Polymetric workout with the ball.
-Increasing strength, power and explosiveness specific to the game.

Soccer Specific Exercises
-Combination of all phases into 1
